Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers on booking, tracking, and delivery
- Partner with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely entry filings
- Analyze freight cost, transit time, and service key performance indicators
- Support reporting and dashboards for inbound performance
- Identify process gaps across import execution and compliance
- Validate freight invoices, duties, and taxes
- Travel up to 25%
- Other projects or duties as assigned
