    • Conduct client training and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption and self-sufficiency

  • Technical Configuration & Project Management

    • Configure DDA Analyzers per client underwriting guidelines, investor overlays, and operational workflows within Encompass and EDS

    • Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with Product and Engineering on defect resolution

    • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements

    • Produce clear status reports, escalation summaries, and implementation documentation for clients and internal stakeholders

    • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support, and DDA Data Services

  • Knowledge Sharing & Process Improvement

    • Contribute to PSO playbooks, SOPs, and best-practice documentation

    • Support adoption and health-check activities for clients in post-go-live phases

    • Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization within PSO delivery operations

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25–50%)

Required Qualifications

  • UW Analyzer Track (Income, Credit, Asset Analyzers):

    • Senior Underwriter with 3+ years across conventional, government, and/or jumbo products

    • Senior Processor with 3+ years managing loan pipelines, conditions, and documentation

    • Senior QC Analyst with 3+ years performing pre- or post-close quality reviews

    • Senior Compliance Analyst with 3+ years in mortgage regulatory compliance (TRID, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA)

    • Senior QC Analyst with 3+ years performing post-close audit and compliance reviews

  • 3+ years client-facing experience in consulting, implementation, or professional services
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level documentation and client-facing facilitation
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Encompass end-user experience in a production lending environment
  • DDA Analyzer end-user experience (significant plus)
