Senior Illustrator / Graphic Designer (Golf & Lifestyle Brand)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Illustrator / Graphic Designer to lead the visual direction of our product designs. This role is heavily focused on original illustration, not just layout or branding work.

You’ll be responsible for creating bold, clean, production-ready artwork across a wide range of products — from golf headcovers and apparel to accessories and limited releases.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can both concept and execute at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Create original illustrations for:
  • Golf headcovers
  • Polo shirt repeating patterns
  • Ball markers, accessories, and packaging
• Develop concepts that align with brand direction but push it forward
• Translate ideas into clean, vector-based artwork ready for production (embroidery, print, etc.)
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to bring designs to life
• Maintain consistency across collections while introducing fresh ideas

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level illustration work (this is non-negotiable)
• Ability to create bold, simplified, production-friendly graphics (not overly detailed / not overly “artsy”)
• Experience designing for:
  • Apparel
  • Accessories or physical products
• Deep understanding of:
  • Vector illustration (Adobe Illustrator)
  • Screen printing, embroidery, and manufacturing constraints
• Ability to work in a range of styles, but especially:
  • Clean, bold, high-contrast graphics
  • Limited color palettes (2–6 colors)
• Strong taste — knows what looks good without overdesigning

Bonus Points

• Experience in golf, streetwear, or lifestyle brands
• Familiarity with brands like Swag Golf, Malbon, etc.
• Ability to create repeat patterns and collections (not just one-off graphics)
• Understanding of how designs translate to physical products

This is not a traditional graphic design role.
We are specifically looking for someone who can illustrate at a high level and design for real products, not just create digital assets.
