Senior IGA Engineer (Saviynt)

Role Overview: The Senior IGA Engineer is responsible for hands-on configuration and delivery of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) with a focus on application onboarding, access reviews and certifications, and end-to-end access remediation workflows. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Saviynt IGA modules including Access Reviews, Certifications, Entitlements, Roles, and Request Management.

Location: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Pay Range: $54-58/Hour on W2 only
Note: Applicant must be willing to work on W2.

Role Overview: The Senior IGA Engineer is responsible for hands-on configuration and delivery of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) with a focus on application onboarding, access reviews and certifications, and end-to-end access remediation workflows. The role ensures secure, compliant, and scalable identity governance aligned to enterprise security and audit requirements.  
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Saviynt IGA modules including Access Reviews, Certifications, Entitlements, Roles, and Request Management.
• Onboard on-prem, cloud, and SaaS applications using out-of-the-box and custom Saviynt connectors.
• Design and implement user, role, and entitlement certification campaigns.
• Configure reviewer hierarchies, delegations, escalations, SLAs, and automated remediation workflows.
• Integrate access remediation with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Perform entitlement aggregation, reconciliation, testing, and production support.
• Produce configuration documentation, operational runbooks, and audit evidence.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with IAM architects and stakeholders.

 
Required Skills:

• 6–10+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years of hands-on Saviynt IGA implementation.
• Strong experience with application onboarding, access reviews, certifications, and workflows.
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and integration patterns.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise and regulated environments.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Saviynt certification(s).
• Experience integrating with PAM platforms such as CyberArk.
