We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IFS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of IFS Field Service Management solutions. The consultant will be responsible for hands-on configuration of IFS Planning, Scheduling and Optimization (PSO) and Mobile Workforce Manager (MWM) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and functional design, configuration, and deployment of IFS Field Service applications.
- Perform hands-on configuration of IFS PSO / Planning, Scheduling and Optimization for field dispatch, SLA tracking, and route calculations.
- Configure and integrate IFS MWM / Mobile Workforce Manager for field technicians, including work orders, time tracking, and parts inventory.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and architecture teams to translate field-service requirements into scalable IFS solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and optimize scheduling-engine performance.
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to implementation teams.
- Lead workshops and communicate solutions to business and executive-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 12 15 years of overall IT/ERP implementation experience.
- Strong concentration in Field Service Management.
- Proven hands-on IFS configuration/customization experience.
- Deep IFS PSO experience is mandatory.
- Deep IFS MWM experience is mandatory.
- Strong techno-functional capability.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder/executive communication and workshop leadership experience.
