Senior IBM BAW / FileNet Developer
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Seeking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Consultant to develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise workflow and document management applications. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Info MAP, the enterprise case management and content management platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IBM BAW development, FileNet integrations, Java-based enterprise applications, and Kofax Capture.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Support and enhance the Info MAP enterprise case management and content management system.
- Develop and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications and integrations.
- Design and maintain integrations between IBM BAW, FileNet, Java applications, and other systems.
- Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator applications.
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications and backend components.
- Troubleshoot Kofax Capture applications and integrate with FileNet.
- Investigate and resolve complex application defects and system integration errors.
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs for communication between platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Document application architecture and technical specifications.
- Participate in code migration from TFS to Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking and deployment activities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, maintenance, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience in IBM workflow and content management technologies.
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet, Content Engine APIs, and document management.
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE development and maintenance.
- Experience with Kofax Capture and related processes.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between IBM BAW, FileNet, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, and JSON-based integrations.
- Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and database integrations.
- Experience using source control, DevOps tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Git.
