What You’ll Do
Lead high-level diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, and controls)
Optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation and maintain safe, comfortable indoor environments across our facility
Log work orders accurately in CMMS, keeping team communication fluid and work areas safe
Mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team culture focused on shared learning and professional growth
Perform refrigerant recovery and handling in strict compliance with EPA regulations
Partner with facility leaders to identify long-term equipment improvements and support community needs
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of commercial or institutional HVAC experience
Active EPA Universal Certification required
Advanced technical knowledge of electrical schematics, pneumatics, DDC controls, and hydronic systems
Strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to partnering with teammates
