    What You’ll Do

    • Lead high-level diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, and controls)

    • Optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation and maintain safe, comfortable indoor environments across our facility

    • Log work orders accurately in CMMS, keeping team communication fluid and work areas safe

    • Mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team culture focused on shared learning and professional growth

    • Perform refrigerant recovery and handling in strict compliance with EPA regulations

    • Partner with facility leaders to identify long-term equipment improvements and support community needs

    What You Need

    • High school diploma or GED

    • 5+ years of commercial or institutional HVAC experience

    • Active EPA Universal Certification required

    • Advanced technical knowledge of electrical schematics, pneumatics, DDC controls, and hydronic systems

    • Strong leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to partnering with teammates
