Senior HVAC Technician

Excel Mechanical & Construction is a growing HVAC and Plumbing contractor seeking a senior HVAC Technician to support large commercial accounts as well as back up for residential accounts.

This position is a key member of our team, Tech should be well versed in all manners of HVAC - heating, ventilation, A/C and Refrigeration. Our wages are competitive and include the ability to earn overtime pay. Candidate should possess the ability and willingness to supervise junior technicians and assist in their growth within the industry.

Ideal candidate will posses the following:

Experience with oil, gas, heat pumps and refrigeration.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work as part of a team
Self-motivated
Able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines
Be willing to learn
A strong work ethic
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Ability to “think on your feet” when issues occur

Work Location: In person - shop is located in Brunswick. Accounts are between Portland and Boothbay.
