As a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and optimizing commercial HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Identify potential system issues and recommend proactive solutions to customers.
- Replace defective components and verify proper system operation.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Communicate repair options, pricing, and system upgrade recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and technical expertise.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Possess and maintain a basic set of HVAC hand tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move heavy equipment.
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, stoop, and work in varying environmental conditions.
- Availability for overtime and on-call assignments when required.
