Hiring Process:

What you'll do:

• Diagnose issues on aging HVAC systems, including the harder cases that take real troubleshooting
• Walk homeowners through what you find in plain language — what's wrong, what their options are, and what you'd do in their shoes
• Have direct, honest conversations about repair vs. replacement, without pressure in either direction
• Hand off to our System Engineers when a homeowner wants to explore replacement — you're not expected to close anything
• Perform maintenance, IAQ recommendations, and the other day-to-day work of keeping older systems running well

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hungry, dedicated, and coachable individual who wants to take feedback and get better because of it
• Someone who's committed to providing a 5-Star customer service experience
