What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation) Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling‍ Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable Positive, can-do attitude
