Overview
We’re seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead complex mechanical projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical projects involving Commercial HVAC
Ensure site safety compliance and quality standards
Coordinate with design and engineering teams on drawings and project plans
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets
Mentor and coach other Project Managers
Develop and maintain client relationships
Communicate with field teams, fabrication shops, Safety, and Service departments
Qualifications
5+ years mechanical project management experience HVAC
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HVAC/piping systems, construction practices, and codes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint, Autodesk preferred
Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
