Senior Human Resources Manager

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Human Resources Manager will lead both the strategic and operational Human Resources agenda across a growing portfolio of businesses. The successful Senior Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in building scalable infrastructure while supporting continued organizational growth.

  • Develop and lead the Human Resources function as a strategic partner to executive leadership
  • Design and implement compensation structures, performance management frameworks, workforce planning initiatives, and retention programmes
  • Lead Human Resources due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition integration activities
  • Build and standardize policies, onboarding programmes, employee lifecycle processes, and organizational structures across multiple entities
  • Oversee Human Resources compliance activities including employee relations, benefits administration, and year-end reporting requirements
  • Partner closely with operational leaders on workforce challenges, employee engagement, investigations, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources and payroll team while ensuring operational excellence across core Human Resources processes

For this role we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum seven years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Proven experience building Human Resources processes, frameworks, and infrastructure within a growing organization
  • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-entity, industrial, construction, field-services, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments
  • Demonstrated merger and acquisition due diligence and integration experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development
  • Experience managing or overseeing payroll processes and Human Resources Information Systems
  • Professional certification such as SHRM Certified Professional, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Professional in Human Resources, or Senior Professional in Human Resources preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operational leaders
  • Hands-on, builder mentality with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
