Who You Are:You're a hands-on HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leaders, and improving HR processes that contribute to business success. You have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience plus 5+ years working across key HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented, you're able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining consistency, fairness, and confidentiality. Spanish language proficiency is an asset and will help support our diverse workforce but is not required.
