Overview:

Senior Human Resources Employee Benefits & Retirement Specialist will interpret and apply employee benefit practices, policies, laws and regulations to research and resolve complex federal employee benefits issues and problems.

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Independently completing analysis and reconciling discrepancies or inconsistencies on benefits and creditable retirement service
  • Provide guidance on the full range of employee benefit programsincluding retirement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 7 years experience Federal Retirement and Counseling
  • FERS/CSRS experience
  • Public Trust Clearance
