The City of Simi Valley, with over 500 employees, is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Analyst with a strong foundation in Employee Relations to join our HR team.

This management position is a member of the HR leadership team and reports to the head of Human Resources for the City, and leads two team members. This position will be available on October 5, 2026.
Position Details:
Salary Range: $109,888.00 to $134,412.00 + Excellent Benefits
Status: Full‑time, Regular
Schedule: 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off is available
