Compensation for this role is 79,000-90,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.
The HRIS Analyst, Time & Absence is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Workday Time Tracking and Absence. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate system configuration, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience and support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, or HR technology experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
Experience with Workday reporting, business process configuration, and security administration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
