A large, privately held, manufacturing/distribution organization is currently seeking an Senior HR Specialist who will manage a team of dedicated professionals.

About the Senior HR Specialist role:
- The Senior HR Specialist will manage the hiring process, ensuring proper policies and procedures
- Lead the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of benefits
- The Senior HR Specialist will be the point of contact for employees
- Partner with business leaders on employee coaching and development activities
- The Senior HR Specialist will keep current on all relevant laws and reporting to ensure requirements are met throughout organization
- Manage and monitor Workers Compensation claims and ensure compliance on processing
Requirements of the Senior HR Specialist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 2+ years benefits and leave administration experience preferred
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management, including hiring, terminations, supervisor and employee coaching
- PHR, SHRM or other HR Certification a plus!
$80,000 - $90,000
