Senior HR Project Manager

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.) 10 plus years of experience serving as a Project Manager leading enterprise level efforts. Strong planning (tasks and resource assignments), problem solving and analytical skills, with diligence and superior attention to detail sufficient to withstand scrutiny from leadership as well as program sponsor and program manager.

• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects that drive enterprise and HR strategic objectives.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

• Will support multiple enterprise level projects that will require experience working with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Plans and coordinates closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts.
• Ensures plans and resource assignments are created and work progress is report via status reports.
• Works closely with, and provides direction to workstream leads to support program needs.
• Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
• Follows Client's risk management plan for the project and ensures adherence to company and business unit requirements.
• Proactively identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes.
• Readily recognizes solution and determines at what point issues require escalation to management.
• Leads teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.
• Complies with the Client’s Project Management Lifecyle (PMLC).

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

• Planning and executing on ""readiness"" plans: Client Communications, Teammate Communications and Teammate Training...Organizational Change Management a plus.
• PMP certification.
• Financial Services Project Management experience.
