    Description

    Job SummaryThe SR HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the human resources department with support and administrative tasks of day-to-day operations. The SR HR Coordinator must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity to ensure employee confidence and protection of the integrity of human resources operations and information.

    Essential Functions

    Establish and maintain positive, customer service focused relationships demonstrating professionalism and integrityMaintain required Employee Files (electronic) according to all applicable laws ensuring proper records retentionManage all HR Departmental Mail and distrusted as neededAssist with 401(k) census report and verify match numbers against DayForceInitiate and assist payroll timesheet reminders, audits, and adjustments as neededAssist and ensure timecards are accurate with approved PTO, missed punches, on call, etc. before closing each payrollPartner with HR Team to keep HR Resources current and updated within DayforceUtilize DocuSign to rollout documents and acquire employee signaturesAssist with preparation of open enrollmentAssist with preparation of payroll and off-cycle payrolls by creating electronic payroll prep as neededSchedule meetings, team events and interviews as request by HR TeamPerform various administrative tasks like mailings, printing, electronic form creation, etc.Complete all employment verifications including salary information ensuring proper release forms signedPerform Dayforce administration support as neededAssist in or develop various employee benefit communicationsEnsure timely and accurate processing of enrollments, life status changes, terminations, and/or beneficiary information in Dayforce and Benefit PlatformsMaintain and retain employee benefit files and plan documents ensuring preservation and accessibility of historical recordsCoordinate annual compliance testing, audits and filings with auditors, consultants and internal partners

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

    EXPERIENCe REQUIRED

    3+ years of direct experience1+ years of direct HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) working knowledge

    Required Knowledge

    Proficient working knowledge of general HR standards and practices
