Description

Ready to trade the Phoenix heat for the Wasatch Mountains, and lead the planning of a new hospital while you're at it? A well-respected Salt Lake City architecture firm is hiring a Senior Healthcare Planner for a new, complex acute-care hospital currently in design.

  • Apply FGI Guidelines, licensing and accreditation requirements, and life safety and healthcare codes

  • Collaborate with design teams in a Revit/BIM environment (planning-focused, not heavy production)

Your experience

  • Typically 10+ years of healthcare planning and design experience, with major responsibility on complex projects
  • Significant hospital or complex healthcare planning experience (acute care is a strong plus)
  • Degree in architecture, healthcare design, planning, interior architecture or a related field
  • Architectural licensure, healthcare master planning, design-build experience, or ACHA, EDAC or LEED AP credentials are a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Salt Lake City, and authorization to work in the US

The package

  • $120K-$140K base salary plus a signing bonus
  • Relocation assistance, including a six-month cost-of-living stipend
  • A chance to plan a new acute-care hospital from the ground up
