Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst with 10+ years of overall IT Business Analysis experience and at least 5+ years of hands-on Healthcare IT/Clinical Systems experience.

The candidate will support healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange initiatives, working closely with clinical stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare data mapping and transformation initiatives.
• Work with C-CDA to FHIR and HL7 v2/v3 to FHIR transformations.
• Define requirements, transformation logic, user stories, API/interface specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work extensively with HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR.
• Analyze HL7 ADT, ORU, and MDM messages.
• Support healthcare data validation, interface testing, and data lineage.
• Work with clinical, pharmacy, payer, and provider data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and enterprise data governance.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, business sponsors, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
