Must have skill:-

1. Strong hands-on experince in HEDIS and Healthcare Qulaity pricesses (mush-have).

2. Experince with HL7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange stadards (CCD, ADT, SIU)

3.Experince with H7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards (CCD, ADT, SIU)

4. Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analysis and validation

5. Strong experince in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation.

6. Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data-driven insights.

7. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
