Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Job Description

Our Client is looking for an essential team member in providing leadership and working knowledge to keep workers and facility safe.

Location: Onsite, Trenton SC, USA, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Monday-Friday

Compensation:

USD $85,000 $90,000 / yr

10% Annual Bonus

Job Responsibilities

1. Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision 
2. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals 
3. Supports continuous improvement/automation activities
4. Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures 
5. Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
6. Other duties as assigned

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?

1. Must have a degree in Safety or Safety related field.
2. Experience 1.5 to 2 years. 
3. Must be local or within driving distance of the facility.
