Position Summary
The Senior Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist reports to the Site Director and will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs within the STERIS Mentor, OH location. In this role you will work with site operations to implement HSE related initiatives and/or strategic objectives to improve workplace safety, risk reduction, training and internal audits against applicable STERIS Corp, local, state and federal regulations. This position will play a key role in ensuring site safe work environment for all Associates, visitors and Customers. The Senior Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist will assist the organization with the modernization of site HSE procedures, guidelines and other HSE documents, ensuring alignment with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
This position requires working onsite in our Mentor OH location during core business hours.

Pay range for this opportunity is $79,687.50 - $103,125.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
