An established organization is seeking a Senior Health Plan Analyst to oversee employee health and welfare benefit programs, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vendor relationships, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance benefits strategy and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage health and welfare benefit programs, annual renewals, and vendor partnerships.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations.
Analyze benefits data, prepare required reporting, and recommend program improvements.
Lead benefit implementations, employee communications, and cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
4+ years of employee benefits administration experience supporting 500+ employees.
Strong knowledge of health plan compliance, vendor management, and benefits operations.
Advanced Excel, HRIS/reporting experience, and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred; CEBS, GBA, broker/consulting experience, or bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Salary: $79K-$99K (possible flex) + up to 13% bonus elgibile
Location: HYBRID - Spark/Reno, NV or Dixon, CA
Travel: up to 5%
