Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Harness Platform Engineer / CI/CD Architect to lead enterprise software delivery platform architecture, automation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms, preferably Harness, including architecture, configuration, RBAC, and governance.
• Design reusable CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, GitOps workflows, and release strategies.
• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines and establish security policies.
• Manage Harness modules such as CI, CD, STO, SEI, and CCM.
• Define engineering metrics (DORA), pipeline standards, and policy-as-code practices.
• Lead cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, API integrations, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Establish governance for AI-enabled engineering workflows and developer tooling.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong enterprise CI/CD platform ownership experience (Harness preferred).
• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Spinnaker.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, API architecture, and security automation.
• Experience with payments, fintech, merchant services, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of DORA metrics, FinOps, and policy-as-code (OPA/Rego) is preferred.
