What You'll Be Owning:

  • Lead electronic hardware development from initial concept and architecture through validation, production, and ongoing product enhancement
  • Design sophisticated analog and digital circuitry for new and existing commercial products
  • Create schematics, guide PCB development, select components, and produce comprehensive engineering documentation
  • Build and validate prototypes while troubleshooting complex hardware issues throughout development and production
  • Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and product teams to bring integrated solutions to market
  • Support new product introductions while mentoring fellow engineers and advancing hardware development standards across the team

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required
  • 7+ years of professional experience designing electronic hardware for commercial products
  • Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, PCB development, and component selection
  • Experience developing embedded hardware and microprocessor-based systems
  • Hands-on experience with prototype development, hardware validation, laboratory testing, and technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of FPGA or programmable logic, Design for Manufacturing, and Design for Test is highly valued
  • Proven ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and support products from concept through production
