    Description

    Senior Hardware Design Engineer
    (On-site)

    We're looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this hands-on role, you'll design, develop, test, and troubleshoot high-speed digital and mixed-signal hardware used in cutting-edge video, multimedia, networking, fiber optic, and medical products.

    You'll own projects from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance products.
    What You'll Do
    • Design and develop complex hardware using Altium Designer.
    • Create schematics and support PCB layout for high-speed digital designs.
    • Perform board bring-up, testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
    • Validate hardware performance using industry-standard lab equipment.
    • Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers.
    • Support product releases, engineering changes, and continuous product improvements.
    • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
    What We're Looking For
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.
    • Strong experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
    • Experience designing high-speed digital and embedded hardware.
    • Knowledge of interfaces such as HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or SDI.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and hardware debugging skills.
    • Experience with medical devices, video products, networking, or other high-reliability products is a plus.
