ROLE DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC) implementations and enhancements. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing insurance solutions.

• We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Technical Lead Developer with extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC) implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, architecture guidance, and hands-on development support for enterprise-scale Guidewire transformation programs.
• This role requires deep expertise in Guidewire application architecture, integrations, configuration, cloud modernization, and Agile delivery methodologies. The Technical Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing insurance solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Define technical architecture, development standards, coding best practices, and design patterns.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards.

• Improve test automation coverage and code quality.
