Title: Senior Guidewire Business Analyst
Locations: -San Antonio, TX
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
Join our team as a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst where you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, functional requirements, and system enhancements. This role involves conducting requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Understanding of Guidewire data model and core insurance workflows.
- Experience with Guidewire implementation, enhancement, migration, and integration projects.
- Proficient in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and management, user story creation, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE).
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in P&C Insurance, including personal and commercial lines.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Proficiency in SQL and Confluence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Guidewire developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners during design and implementation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support integration requirements involving Guidewire, third-party systems, APIs, data warehouses, and external vendors.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
