Senior Ground Systems Engineer

Responsibilities: for the Senior Ground Systems Engineer include: Lead ground system integration, verification, and test (VI&T) activities. Review requirements, interfaces, and architectures to support system integration. Develop integration strategies for software releases and deployments. Troubleshoot integration issues and support system-level testing. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to achieve program milestones. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications: for the Senior Ground Systems Engineer include: 14+ years of experience in ground systems, systems integration, V&V, or systems engineering. Active Secret Security Clearance required. Experience with C2 systems, mission operations, and software integration. Experience supporting MILSATCOM, SATCOM, Space Force, ground station, or satellite operations programs. Strong Ground System Verification, Integration & Test (VI&T) experience. Proficiency with Cameo and DOORS. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
