About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Grant Accountant to join a growing finance team. This individual will play a key role in grant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis while partnering closely with finance leadership and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze grant-related financial reports and schedules
- Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Reconcile grant-related accounts and investigate variances
- Support audits, reporting requirements, and funding reviews
- Develop and maintain complex financial reports and analyses
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant activity
- Provide insights and recommendations to support financial decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience with grant accounting exposure
- Experience with grant reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
- Experience developing and analyzing complex financial reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail
