Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead geotechnical investigations
- Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Meet with clients throughout design and construction
- Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
- Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
- Support business development efforts
- Help grow the geotechnical practice
Candidate Must Have Active Professional Engineer (PE) License 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience Proposal writing experience Client-facing experience Strong technical communication skills Valid driver's license
This is a senior leadership and succession hire—not an individual contributor role.Candidates should demonstrate:
