Summary

What You'll Do
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and investor capital statements.
- Review investment valuation models and ensure key assumptions are properly supported and documented.
- Interpret partnership agreements and investment documents to ensure accurate accounting and reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Partner with investor relations, auditors, and tax professionals to support investor activity, capital calls, distributions, audits, and tax filings.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA with 2-4 years of experience in investment fund accounting or public accounting/audit experience.
- Experienced in financial statement preparation, audits, and investor reporting.
- A critical thinker with strong analytical skills who can manage complex projects independently.
