Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
SAP S/4 HANA PP and QM Functional Consultant with minimum 8+ years of experience of implementing SAP S4, preferably for a USA based manufacturing company
Proficiency in SAP's standard implementation framework and hands-on experience in designing and implementation of complex and heterogeneous landscape (SAP and non-SAP)
Experience in conducting workshops with business users for process analysis, design and configuration needs pertaining to Production Planning and Quality Management functionalities
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP PP and QM modules
Experience of Integration with PLM system, QM system and MES system SAP/non-SAP
Experience in Production Planning, QM, Plant maintenance, Costing, Backflush issue Resolution
Good understanding on MRP in manufacturing
Extensive experience in testing and validation of end-to-end scenario
Extensive experience in planning data migration of PP&QM data objects and cutover strategy
Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis: Gathering site-specific "AS-IS" processes and mapping them to "To-Be" standard SAP workflows
Functional Testing: Conducting unit/integration testing and coordinating user acceptance testing with site business process owners to validate configurations
Data Migration Support: Assisting with the final validation of cleansed site data before it is loaded into live system
Production Process Mapping: Designing manufacturing workflows for various types
Master Data Configuration: Defining site-specific BOMs, routings and work centers that reflect actual plant equipment
MRP Live Implementation: Configuring MRP to automate reordering of raw materials based on real-time consumption
Shop Floor Execution: Setting up production order creation, release, and confirmation processes, including Capacity planning to manage machine bottlenecks
Cross-Module Integration: Ensuring seamless data flow with MM and SD
Inspection Planning: Designing inspection plans and master inspection characteristics for raw materials and finished building products
In-Process Inspections: Setting up 'in-process' quality checks that trigger automatically during production operations
Result Recording & Usage Decisions: Training site staff to record quality results and make usage decisions (Accept/Reject) before stock is released for sale
Non-Conformance Management: Configuring quality notification to track defects, assign root-cause accountability, and manage rework or scrap processes
Procurement Quality: Managing inspections for incoming raw materials at the goods receipt stage to ensure vendor compliance

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
