Job Details

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack TypeScript Developer to design and build a modern loan origination platform for a financial services enterprise.
This position is primarily backend-focused and requires direct experience developing federated GraphQL architectures using Apollo Federation, along with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Build and maintain federated GraphQL APIs using Apollo Federation.
• Develop and integrate GraphQL subgraphs within a distributed architecture.
• Design and deploy AWS-based applications utilizing EKS, Lambda, S3, MSK, and Aurora.
• Contribute to frontend development using Angular as needed.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with technical leads and product teams to define requirements.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot application performance, integration, and reliability issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on TypeScript and Node.js development.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo Federation GraphQL — REQUIRED.
• Experience building or maintaining federated GraphQL APIs and subgraphs.
• 1+ year of AWS development and deployment experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Full-stack application development experience.
• Linux command-line proficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Angular development experience.
• Experience with AWS EKS, Lambda, S3, MSK, and Aurora.
• Familiarity with Camunda workflow orchestration.
• Experience developing enterprise financial services applications.
