Within Advisor Services, the Move Money platform plays a critical role in helping Registered Investment Advisors securely transfer client funds and securities across accounts and financial institutions through streamlined digital experiences.
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .Net Engineer to lead a high-performing scrum team within Advisor Services Platform - Client Experience. In this role, you will help shape and deliver modern, scalable digital solutions that enhance how advisors serve clients across both customer-facing and backend platforms. What you're good at:
Collaborate with technical leads and business partners to define agile user stories for new capabilities
Write code hands-on, conduct code reviews, support testing, and resolve production issues
Apply strong software design expertise and sound engineering practices to design and implement effective solutions that incorporate predictive and adaptive capabilities
Support the design and delivery of new features and bug fixes
Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
Partner closely with developers, product owners, technical leads, and architects
Work effectively across teams and build strong, constructive relationships; be easy to work with and contribute positively to team culture
Champion platform principles, guidelines, and standards while ensuring development quality and consistency
Stay informed on user feedback by participating in and reviewing developer and UX forums
Build with a user-first mindset and a clear focus on the key business indicators targeted by each initiative
