Senior Full Stack .NET/Angular Developer
Location: Lansing, MI - Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to present information to project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain systems and IT program documentation.
- Design and develop software code in compliance with State of Michigan standards.
- Address application-level security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and follow configuration and change management procedures.
- Support project documentation requirements using Agile and Traditional methodologies.
- Conduct application testing to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
- Develop test scripts, plans, and cases for system testing activities.
- Provide root cause analysis reports for identified problems.
- Develop user manuals and conduct training as necessary.
- Evaluate requests for modifications and enhancements.
- Work creatively and independently to accomplish goals.
- Familiarity with PowerApps is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of Angular Development experience
- 6 years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 6 years of experience with .NET technologies
- 6 years of experience with Cloud AWS Migration
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven experience with Test-Driven Development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Playwright for integration testing
Additional Notes:
- Opportunity to manage a small portfolio of contracts and transition agreements into formal contracts.
- Work within a .NET and Angular application environment with exposure to multiple batch job processes.

- Direct interaction with client stakeholders is required, emphasizing strong communication and ownership.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to operate with minimal oversight are expected.
