Workflows can also be attached to agents as callable tools — the agent orchestrates, the workflow executes.3. Gumstack — Enterprise-grade MCP hosting, observability, and AI governance. Organizations provision managed MCP servers, control which AI models are available, audit every tool call, and enforce security policies across all agents and workflowsWe're moving fast. Ship end-to-end features -- design, code, test, deploy, and own them in production.
Work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements within hours, not days.
Build and operate both frontend and backend code that stays fast and reliable as traffic grows.
Support the team by reviewing PRs, sharing context, and mentoring junior engineers.
5-10 years of professional experience building products as a full stack developer
Are a relentlessly resourceful engineer with experience building real-world applications, with a high bar for quality.
If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant.
Can go from 0 to 1 building full stack applications.
Love tackling extremely difficult problems.
Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment.
Work well on a small team.
Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.
Strong sense of product taste.
Have built LLM-powered products.
Experience with Python, Typescript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux.
