About Us
Our client, a healthcare tech company, is striving to solve critical clinical operations challenges for health systems by optimizing how they schedule and deploy nursing staff. Their platform ensures real-time alignment with patient demand, improving outcomes for both caregivers and patients.
Nursing leaders currently spend nearly 50% of their time managing schedules using outdated tools like spreadsheets and pen-and-paper, leading to inefficiencies, guesswork, and costly last-minute staffing calls. Hospitals spend millions on avoidable labor costs to keep up.
This mission-driven company eliminates these inefficiencies with a streamlined solution that enhances decision-making and creates a better experience for nursing teams. In under 10 months, they've partnered with 20+ hospitals and raised $7 million from Y Combinator, health system customers, and industry leaders nationwide.
