A growing organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and modernize the internal applications that power critical business operations across the company. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of business-critical systems, partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments, and driving technical improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. You'll have the opportunity to become a trusted technical resource while influencing the future direction of several core internal platforms.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and enhance a suite of proprietary internal applications using modern Microsoft technologies. This individual will work across the full stack to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions while improving existing systems and developing new internal tools. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems, can work independently with minimal oversight, and is comfortable owning projects from beginning to end. This role offers the opportunity to become the subject matter expert for several core business applications while helping establish engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
• Proven experience owning software projects from requirements gathering through deployment and long-term support
• Strong experience developing applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
• Experience building modern web applications using TypeScript with React or Angular
• Strong SQL Server and relational database experience
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services
• Experience working with Entity Framework or other ORM technologies
• Experience participating in Agile software development environments
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application optimization skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams

• Experience with Azure cloud technologies
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing microservice-based applications
• Experience within banking, fintech, or another highly regulated industry
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Passion for building scalable internal platforms that improve business operations
