Senior Full Stack Developer - W2

Location: Alexandria, VA – 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience building modern web applications using React on the front end and Python and/or Node.js on the backend. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms, databases, and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.

• Build front-end applications using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Develop backend services using Python and/or Node.js.

• Work with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.

• Develop and support SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Apply DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and security scanning.

• Troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and optimize existing applications.

• Recommend improvements for application modernization and future-state architecture.

• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow security and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.

• Strong backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js.

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience building, testing, and deploying applications.

• Willingness and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

• Willingness and ability to obtain a Security+ certification.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills.

• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React + Python or React + Node.js.

• .NET/C# experience is a plus.

• Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code.

• Exposure to modern DevSecOps tools and cloud-native development.
