Senior Full Stack Developer

Proactive, visionary Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Corporate IT Engineering team.
This role is not a task taker but need a consultant minded engineer who can look at legacy systems and see opportunities for refactoring, efficiency, and AI integration.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications from architecting modern frontends in Angular to building robust .NET backends and leveraging AWS to scale.
A significant portion of this role involves identifying where Artificial Intelligence can optimize business processes and implementing those solutions from the ground up.

Job Requirements
Technical Qualifications Frontend: 8+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Material).
Backend: 5+ years of expert-level experience in C# and .NET Core/Web API. Deep understanding of Entity Framework and asynchronous programming.
Cloud (AWS): Proven experience architecting and managing AWS environments.
Familiarity with Serverless architectures, IAM roles, and CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline/Jenkins).
AI/ML: Practical experience integrating AI features into production apps.
This includes working with APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), prompt engineering, or leveraging AWS AI services.
Database: Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB).
Refactoring: Strong experience in "strangling " legacy monoliths and migrating functionality to modern microservices or serverless functions.
Soft Skills & "Self-Starter " Qualities Autonomy: You don't wait for a Jira ticket to be perfectly groomed.
You find the problem and bring the solution to the table.
Product Mindset: You care about the "Why " behind the code and how it impacts the corporate end-users.
Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts and the ROI of refactoring to non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating the complexities of corporate IT environments while pushing for modern best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience - Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
Microsoft Certified: Azure/C# Developer (relevant to .NET mastery).
