    Mandatory Qualifications:
    1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
    2. More than Fifteen (15) years of experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object-Oriented programming language, Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development

    3. Minimum of one year working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Fair Hearings in a Health and Human Service setting.
    Desirable Qualifications:
    1. More than Ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (e.g. PL/SQL code), and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc.

    2. Between one (1) to five (5) years of experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages Java Script\TypeScript frameworks in jQuery, Angular JS, React JS, or Node JS

    3. More than five (5) years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.

    4. More than five (5) years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.

    5. More than five (5) years of experience in developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques

    6. More than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle and SQL Server
