Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise applications used to configure, manage, monitor and govern financial index operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, Java and Spring Boot, along with practical experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools in day-to-day software engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Develop modern, responsive and data-intensive user interfaces using React.
- Maintain, enhance and modernize existing Angular applications.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, messaging systems and enterprise services.
- Develop workflow-driven applications supporting approvals, audit trails, monitoring, exception handling and operational reporting.
- Collaborate directly with end users and business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback and deliver effective solutions.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and agentic development workflows for prototyping, code generation, refactoring, automated testing and documentation.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability and production readiness.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and application support practices.
- Take ownership of features from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing and production release.
Required Qualifications:- Strong professional experience developing full-stack enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with React and Angular, including components, state management and performance optimization.
- Strong Java programming skills and production experience with Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
- Experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern application deployment practices.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, MQ, SQS/SNS or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, UI testing, version control and CI/CD.
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools in software engineering.
- Understanding of agentic AI workflows, task decomposition, prompt design, output validation and secure AI usage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of production outcomes.
