Senior Full Stack Developer

Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $60-$65/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled developer with a curious mindset who takes ownership of their work through to completion. This role involves developing complex requirements, enhancing, modifying, and maintaining applications in the Financial Crimes technology sector to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Expertise in Web Application development using ReactJS and Java Spring.
• Strong programming skills in building multi-tier applications using Spring BOOT 5.x.
• Experience in RESTful Web services.
• Knowledge and experience in Java Spring JPA, Hibernate, Spring JDBC, Node.js.
• Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Redux.
• Web Container experience with Tomcat 9.0 and higher, Jboss, Apache 2.4.x.
• Database experience with Oracle 19c.
• Experience in Maven 3.0.
• Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Experience in tuning process and SQL.
• Familiarity and experience with Autosys scheduler.
• Experience in Unix shell scripting.
• Strong working experience in Agile methodology.
• Working experience with Autosys or other scheduler tools.
• Good experience in SDLC, Agile, Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery, and change management - Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience with advanced data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.
• Estimate work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
• Setup and automate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline.
• Work closely with Production Support teams, Platform teams, and Business Partners.
• Handle technical aspects of the application, including Change Management, Maintenance, Platform Upgrades, and Changes to requirements.
• Promote and apply best practices and standards at a project and program level.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure all Enterprise Change Standards are met while being Agile and following agile practices.
