Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React and TypeScript to build scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. The role involves developing modern user experiences, integrating with backend APIs, and collaborating closely with mobile and backend engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, scalable frontend components and architecture.
- Translate UX designs and design-system guidelines into high-quality applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with BFFs and REST APIs.
- Develop role-based user experiences with customer data, workflows, documents, tasks and insights.
- Implement secure authentication and session management using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Build responsive and accessible applications with strong handling of loading, validation and error scenarios.
- Collaborate with mobile and backend teams on API contracts and consistent user journeys.
- Drive frontend performance, accessibility, analytics and observability.
- Develop automated UI and unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library and Playwright.
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint reviews and client-facing meetings.
- 8+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript.
- BFF / Domain API integration with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
- Modern React architecture and state management.
- Experience building enterprise-scale responsive web applications.
- Strong knowledge of REST API integration.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Strong understanding of Web Accessibility / WCAG.
- Frontend performance optimization and monitoring.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library and Playwright.
- Understanding of frontend analytics and observability.
- Experience deploying applications in Azure.
- Exposure to React Native / iOS development patterns.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.
- Experience building Azure-hosted digital platforms.
- Experience with financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
- Exposure to CRM-driven or enterprise workflow applications.
- Strong UI engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed engineering and cross-functional teams.
