Senior FP&A Analyst

**Senior FP&A Analyst — Pittsburgh, PA**

Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 + bonus potential

Be the finance partner leaders rely on. A large regional accounting and advisory firm is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for its internal finance team in Pittsburgh, hybrid (remote considered within driving distance).

What you'll do:

- Own the annual budget with the FP&A Senior Manager and move it to a bottoms-up model

- Build quarterly forecasts with practice leaders

- Support month-end close reporting and analysis

- Build Power BI dashboards and maintain the long-term financial model

- Prepare board and leadership meeting materials

What you bring:

- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field

- 3+ years of FP&A or corporate finance

- Advanced Excel modeling

- Power BI/Tableau and FP&A software (Vena, Adaptive) a plus; CPA or MBA a plus
