The role
Job Summary
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis activities that support strategic decision-making and business growth. Working closely with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders, you will deliver meaningful financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, operating expense management, revenue forecasting, sales compensation administration, and executive reporting. Your analytical mindset and business acumen will help optimize financial performance, identify opportunities, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Target compensation for this role will be $115K - $120K USD(mix of base salary and bonus). Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) candidates' qualifications, experience, education, and work location.
We are not able to consider candidates residing in the state of Hawaii currently.
